Overview Join our dynamic team as a Greenhouse Crew Supervisor and lead the charge in cultivating vibrant, healthy plants within a thriving greenhouse environment.In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, and manage a dedicated team in 4 different sections.Your expertise will help us produce high-quality plants while maintaining efficient workflows.If you're passionate about plants, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in horticulture.Duties Supervise daily greenhouse activities, including planting, watering, shipping Coordinate with team members to implement workflow practices within the greenhouse area.Maintain detailed records of planting schedules, growth progress, and inventory of supplies.Ensure safety protocols are followed during heavy lifting, equipment operation.Qualifications Proven growing experience with a strong background in horticulture, greenhouse operations, or related fields.Hands-on experience with scheduling and gardening a plus.Ability to identify various plants accurately and understand their specific care requirements.Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing greenhouse tasks in various weather conditions.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and task management.Excellent communication skills to lead a team effectively and collaborate with other departments.Bilingual in Spanish and English a must.Pay:$41,445.00 - $61,420.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 2% match Employee discount Experience:greenhouse crew supervisor:3 years (Required) Language:Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute:Apopka, FL 32703 (Required) Work Location:In person.
