OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team.This role is essential for supporting various tasks in outdoor environments, including greenhouse maintenance, landscaping, and general farm duties.The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors, have a passion for gardening, and possess a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.Job Description:We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Greenhouse laborer.In this role, you will work closely with our experienced greenhouse staff to support the cultivation and maintenance of a variety of crops.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about horticulture and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic greenhouse environment.Responsibilities:Assist with transplanting liners to create stock, maintenance of stock plants, dividing of stock plants, planting of divisions or cuttings, maintenance on liner trays, grading liners for shipping, and packaging trays for shipment.Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and repairing equipment.Identify and report any signs of pest infestation or plant disease.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Interest in agriculture, horticulture, or related field.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Basic knowledge of plant care and greenhouse operations is a plus!
