Job SummaryBiermeier Greenhouses Inc.is a wholesale greenhouse operation looking for multiple employees willing to be involved in the production of annual plants, hanging baskets, and potted annuals.Weekday and weekend hours available.Great opportunity for hands-on experience in virtually all aspects of a modern greenhouse growing facility.Must be 16 years of age or older.Immediate positions available.Good opportunity for recently retired people or college students.Looking for a minimum of 12-15 hours per week for part time.Responsibilities and Duties Can include the following:hand planting moving of plant material preparing soil inventory controls pulling orders watering loading trucks plant maintenance quality control measures working with transplanting equipment possible delivering of orders Qualifications and Skills Be observant and detail orientated Be reliable and punctual Be able to lift 30 lbs.Be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time Be open-minded and willing to learn Be able to work independently, and as part of a team Be flexible Benefits Flexible hours Willingness to train Internships available Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Inver Grove Heights, MN (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
