Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Worker to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in horticulture and a commitment to maintaining the health and beauty of our plants and landscapes.This role involves hands-on work in various outdoor settings, including gardens, nurseries, and landscaped areas.The Nursery Worker will play a vital role in ensuring that plants thrive and that the grounds are well-maintained.Duties Utilize hand tools for planting, pruning, and maintaining plants.Perform groundskeeping tasks.Assist with irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.Engage in plant care activities such as trimming and health assessments.Build and maintain garden structures as needed.Monitor plant health and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.Requirements Experience with hand tools is preferred.Knowledge of groundskeeping practices is a plus.Ability to irrigate effectively using various watering systems.Strong skills in gardening, including planting, pruning, and maintaining diverse plant species.Basic understanding of plant care practices is desirable.Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.Join us in creating beautiful landscapes while nurturing your passion for horticulture!
