Position Overview:Leaf'd Box is hiring a full-time seasonal Greenhouse Worker to support our growing and packing operations.This is a temporary, seasonal position expected to run through July, with the potential opportunity for continued employment based on business needs and performance.This position is entirely outdoors and ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in fresh air and natural light.Our team cultivates and ships plant kits to families and students nationwide, and greenhouse staff play a vital role in this mission.Please note:This is an outdoor role and requires the ability to work in all weather conditions.Key Responsibilities:Plant seeds and transplant young plants Water and maintain plant health Pack and prepare plant box orders for shipment Move, lift, and organize plant trays and greenhouse materials Maintain cleanliness and organization in outdoor workspaces Follow daily schedules and collaborate with team members Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual or familiarity with Spanish is a plus Physically capable of working outdoors, including in heat, humidity, and other weather conditions Able to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Punctual, dependable, and detail-focused About Leaf'd Box:Leaf'd Box is a mission-driven company dedicated to inspiring families and students to grow their own food.We provide live plant kits along with gardening education, shipped nationwide.Our greenhouse team is essential to our operations, and we value individuals who bring energy, reliability, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.Location:Santa Paula, CA Schedule:Monday through Friday Availability required between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Possible availability for Saturday and Sunday, 2 hours per day.Compensation:$19/hour How to apply:Please email leafdboxcareers@gmail.com with your application.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$19.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Paid time off Work Location:In person.
