Position Summary The Restaurant Greeter serves as the initial point of contact for all guests and is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and polished first impression.This role supports front-of-house operations by managing guest arrivals, maintaining accurate wait lists, and coordinating seating in alignment with service standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet all guests promptly, courteously, and professionally upon arrival Explain to guests' complimentary continental breakfast and present breakfast menu Manage reservations and wait lists in an organized and efficient manner Communicate anticipated wait times clearly and accurately Coordinate seating and service teams to ensure optimal table flow Escort guests to their tables as appropriate Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu offerings, services, and policies Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance and waiting areas Uphold the restaurant's service standards and guest experience expectations Perform any duties directed by Outlet General manager or Supervisor Qualifications Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities Ability to remain composed and courteous in a fast-paced environment Prior hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Capability to perform duties in a busy restaurant environment EOE Job Type:Part-time Pay:$22.50 per hour Expected hours:15.0 - 30.0 per week Benefits:Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply License/Certification:Food Handler Certification (Preferred) California RBS Certification (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
