Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Greeter to be the first point of contact for our guests. This vital role involves creating a positive first impression by warmly welcoming visitors, guiding them to their destinations, and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive. As a Greeter, you will play a key part in fostering a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience every day. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude upon arrival Assist visitors with directions and provide information about services or amenities Manage guest check-in procedures using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS when applicable Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clarity Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth flow of guests and address any concerns efficiently Maintain a clean, organized greeting area to reflect the welcoming environment of the establishment Support guest services by providing assistance with reservations, seating, or general inquiries Requirements Previous host/hostess experience or food service background is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Ability to remain energetic, approachable, and professional in a fast-paced environment Hospitality or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts Join us in creating memorable experiences for every guest!
