Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively for service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to strict food safety standards Assist with menu planning by providing input on ingredient selection and preparation techniques Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Support the kitchen team in food preparation tasks, including knife skills, portioning, and garnishing Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver excellent food service and timely meal delivery Experience Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience preferred, especially within healthcare or institutional settings Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant environments, demonstrating strong food preparation skills Familiarity with food industry standards for safety, handling, and sanitation practices Experience with menu planning, catering, and meal preparation is highly desirable Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques across various cuisines Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Background in kitchen or restaurant experience that highlights excellent food service skills Join us to bring your culinary talents to life in a vibrant environment where your skills make a real difference!
