Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled food items. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and cook grilled food items according to established recipes and guidelines Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station Assist with food preparation and menu planning as needed Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen Adhere to all dietary restrictions and special requests from customers Assist with catering events as required Skills: Previous experience in food handling and cooking, preferably in a grill cook role Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of menu planning and familiarity with different types of cuisine is a plus Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and dietary restrictions Join our team as a Grill Cook and showcase your culinary skills in a vibrant kitchen environment.
