Responsibilities Prepare and cook grilled items with precision, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various menu items Follow established recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices Support the culinary team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment Collaborate with team members to uphold excellent food service standards and contribute to a positive work atmosphere Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with specialized food needs Proven kitchen experience in restaurant or catering settings, especially with grill or food prep roles Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling, cooking, and meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Experience with menu planning, food service, and catering is advantageous but not required Embark on a fulfilling culinary journey with us!
