Grill Team Member

Job Overview We are looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our fast-paced fast-casual restaurant team as a Grill Team Member. This role is responsible for preparing hot food quickly, safely, and consistently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. We are looking for people who work well under pressure, communicate with the team, and are willing to learn and grow with us. Responsibilities Prepare grilled menu items in a fast and efficient manner Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Keep grill station stocked, clean, and organized Work closely with the line and front counter team to ensure smooth service Assist with prep work and other restaurant duties as needed Learn and support additional positions when necessary to help the team succeed Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends Prior grill or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and improve as part of a team Requirements AAA Food Handler Card required If you do not currently have one, we are willing to pay for certification after hiring We are looking for responsible, motivated individuals who want to be part of a strong team culture and help create a great experience for our customers every day.
