Job Summary Join the Wash & Wags team — where luxury grooming meets wellness-focused animal care. Wash & Wags Mobile Pet Spa & Wellness is a rapidly growing luxury mobile grooming company serving Central Florida coast to coast. We specialize in calm, one-on-one grooming experiences designed to reduce stress and prioritize each pet’s emotional and physical well-being. What makes us different is our strong veterinary and Fear Free foundation. Our team brings 30+ years of combined emergency veterinary medicine experience, allowing us to safely work with anxious, senior, reactive, medically sensitive, and special-needs pets in a compassionate and educated way. This is not a chaotic assembly-line salon environment. We focus on quality over quantity, individualized care, teamwork, safety, and creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, animal-loving Grooming Assistant / Bather to grow with our team. Preferred Qualifications Animal handling, grooming, kennel, daycare, or veterinary experience preferred Comfortable working with large dogs and difficult/anxious pets Ability to work in a fast-paced mobile environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation preferred Fear Free or veterinary experience is a huge plus, but not required Pay & Schedule $17–20/hour depending on experience Part-time Approximately 2–3 days per week with opportunity for growth If you are passionate about animals and want to be part of a company focused on wellness, compassion, and high-quality care, we’d love to hear from you.
