Grounds Crew Member/Campus Utility

This position performs seasonal landscaping duties such as removing weeds, replenishing mulch, planting shrubbery, light pruning and raking; Outdoor cleaning of parking lots, sidewalks, porches and walkways; assisting with set-up/tear-down for facility functions; Indoor/Outdoor painting; Available for snow removal (walkways and parking areas of facility and residential); carpet cleaning and other indoor miscellaneous responsibilities during inclement weather.The qualified individual will be responsible to assist in the oversight of seasonal grounds employees.Qualifications:Those normally associated with a high school diploma or equivalent; physical abilities for heavy lifting, pushing and pulling, physical labor, walking; ability to function independently with limited supervision.The Village at Morrisons Cove is an EOE.Job Type:Seasonal Work Location:In person.
