The Role: Operational Leadership Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of daily grounds operations and seasonal projects Lead by example in the care of lawns, trees, irrigation, pathways, signage, and general landscape maintenance Operate and train others in the use of landscaping equipment and tools, including mowers, trimmers, tractors, and utility vehicles Monitor supply levels and assist in ordering materials as needed Coordinate and participate in seasonal snow removal operations including plowing, shoveling, sanding, and salting roadways, paths, and facility access points Team Development Provide direction and supervision to seasonal and year-round grounds crew members Help onboard, train, and mentor new staff and volunteers Promote teamwo
