Job Description
As a Grounds Generalist at Carle Health, you will maintain safe, attractive, and functional outdoor environments that support our Healthcare & Medical Services facilities. Working within the Facilities & Maintenance department, you will perform lawn care, landscaping, snow and ice removal, irrigation checks, and minor grounds repairs. You’ll inspect outdoor areas for safety hazards, operate grounds equipment, and support special projects, all while upholding Carle Health’s standards for patient safety, quality, and teamwork in a dynamic, community-focused setting.
