MV Property Management is looking for a new team member to join our maintenance team for the summer.This would be a seasonal job working as a Grounds Keeper and Maintenance for our Apartment Communities.The person would be responsible for making sure the grounds and buildings look presentable and trash free at all times.They would assist in helping the Maintenance crew perform any of their duties and assisting the Property Manager with other tasks on the property.Tasks and Responsibilities: Trash pickup on the properties. Making sure lawns are kept presentable. Power Washing stair wells and sidewalks. Cleaning the exterior of apartment buildings. Painting stairs ways and apartments. Helping with basic Maintenance requests. Weeding and trimming. Picking up after pets as needed. Basic sprinkler repair. This position requires punctual and regular daily attendance Experience: Previous grounds and maintenance experienced preferred.Requirements: This position requires punctual and regular daily attendance Machines, Tools & Equipment Used: Ladders, lifts, mowers and equipment used to, repair, construct and perform trade related work.Physical Requirements - Not limited to the following: Frequent standing and walking (up to 8 hours continuous). Occasional lifting from floor to waist up to 80 pounds, floor to shoulder up to 65 pounds. Frequent sustained bending and occasional squatting kneeling, stopping, digging, handling items and find motor dexterity. Consistent hearing, near visual acuity and depth perception. May use chemicals that are potentially hazardous. Activities involve outdoor work in most weather conditions.Job Type:Seasonal Additional Information:$17 - $20 /hour D.O.E .Job Type:Temporary Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
