Description TEAM UP WITH US! Grounds Maintenance Technician Provides general building and grounds maintenance services. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsible for regular maintenance of facilities which includes basic electrical, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Ability to give attention to detail Performs maintenance on grounds, exterior lighting, parking lots, trash detail at locations, wash rack repair, and sign repair. Performs small construction projects i.e. painting, drywall patching, floor tile, replacement, ceiling tile replacement, and lighting replacement. Ability to work with or without supervision Assists Ranch Manager with special projects and duties Performs any special projects assigned by Ranch Manager. Assist in checking for and reporting any maintenance problems in guest rooms Greet and work around guest of the ranch. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training. Proactive, problem-solving mindset. Desire to perform tasks and assignments safely, efficiently, and at a high quality. Ability to follow simple instructions in various forms (written, verbal, diagram). Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, peers, and customers. Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record. WHY WORK WITH US?
