At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry.We're currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join the team at a 500lot manufactured housing community in Brunswick, ME.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who's comfortable working outdoors year-round and has a background in building maintenance.Whether you've worked in apartments, hotels, single-family homes, or as a handyman, this role offers the chance to apply your skills in a unique manufactured housing environment with park-wide responsibilities and a supportive team.If you'd like to be considered, please submit a resume for review.Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs for a local housing community Conduct routine inspections, including checking water meters under homes Respond to park emergencies on an every-other-week on-call rotation Complete park-related maintenance projects and upkeep Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions Qualifications 1years of building maintenance experience Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Willing to crawl under homes to access water meters and utilities Available for on-call rotation every other week for park emergencies Perks Earn hourly pay of up to $22/hr (40 hours guaranteed) Snow plowing is handled by contractors Focus on park-related maintenance with all homes being owner-occupied Work for a nationwide company that can offer growth and stability Full benefits package including all major insurance, 401k, and PTO We look forward to reviewing your application!
