Job Summary Groundskeeper: We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. If you like working outdoors, take pride in keeping things neat and tidy, and enjoy being part of a friendly community, we'd love to me you. What You'll Do Keep the grounds looking their best: mow lawns, trim bushes, rake leaves, and maintain flower beds. Pick up litter and empty trash bins around the property Help with general landscaping projects and seasonal tasks (like snow removal or planting) Assist the maintenance person as needed-this might include minor repairs, painting or helping with plumbing/electrical tasks. Keep walkways, driveways, and common areas clean and safe for guests. Perform regular checks to spot and report any issues (like irrigation leaks or broken fixtures) Occassionally interact with guests in a friendly, helpful manner. What We're Looking For: Someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and doesnt mind getting their hands dirty. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment (we'll train you if your new) Willingness to assist with light maintenance tasks Friendly attitude and good communication skills Pay: From $16.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
