Summary The Hideaway Disc Golf Ranch opened in 2021. It’s been ranked the top disc golf course in Texas from 2022 to 2026. Located on a beautiful, 100-acre property in Terrell, TX, the Hideaway offers a one-of-a-kind experience built around world-class disc golf. Our pro shop is fully stocked with top of the line disc golf gear and apparel. The Hideaway Grille serves 100% highly rated burgers and sandwiches on site. Family-owned and operated, we take great pride in the land, the game, and the community built around both. Schedule Part-Time ( 9:00AM - 5:00PM | Mon - Wed) Responsibilities Mowing, trimming, and general maintenance of the property Operates various types of groundskeeping equipment Haul materials and remove debris as needed Clear trees and brush from fairways Help prepare the course for daily play and events Assist with light chemical and fertilizer applications, depending on season Perform other duties related to the job, as needed Job Requirements Must have at least 1 year experience in Landscaping or Physical Labor Must work well with others and take pride in being helpful Must be courteous and respectful to everyone Work outside in all types of weather Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without close supervision Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch up to 8-10 hours per day Ability to handle and operate tools and equipment Ability to push or lift up to 80 lbs Must be able to communicate in English Must be able to see and hear clearly Able to move independently throughout the property and surrounding areas Benefits & Compensation Pay starting at $14/hr Free meals on shift Play for free Employee discount Pay: From $14.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Work Location: In person
