Growth Closer (Part-Time) TopHare Software Studio The role at a glance Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours/week. Flexible hours, remote. Our flagship product, Riovis , is the growth platform you'll be selling: marketing, influencer, support, and warehousing modules powered by a proprietary intelligence crawler that surfaces real buying signals (brand gaps, social presence, competitor moves, ICP fit) before competitors notice them. About the role This is a high-velocity SMB closer seat. You'll work a daily feed of pre-qualified, signal-scored accounts pulled directly from the Riovis crawler and convert them into onboarded tenants at volume. The crawler builds the list. Riovis's self-serve onboarding wizard handles activation. Your job is the conversation in the middle: a fast, sharp pitch that turns a signal into a signup. If you've ever wished your CRM told you who to call today and exactly why , and you'd rather close 15 SMBs in a day than nurse one enterprise deal for six months, this is your seat. What you'll do (in 20 focused hours/week) Work the Riovis crawler signal feed every day. Hit accounts while the signal is hot. Run high-volume outbound across email, LinkedIn DMs, and short calls. Lead with the specific signal Riovis detected. Convert prospects into onboarded tenants via Riovis's 5-step onboarding wizard. Most closes are same-call or same-day. Hit a monthly target of 300 onboarded tenants . Identify cross-module attach (a marketing tenant who needs influencer, a support tenant ready for warehousing) and trigger expansion. Feed conversion data back to the TopHare product team. Your input directly shapes how the crawler scores leads and how onboarding is tuned. What we're looking for Proven high-velocity SMB sales experience (SaaS, martech, ecommerce tooling, or similar). You've hit volume targets before. Comfort with signal-led outbound (Clay, Common Room, Pocus, Apollo, 6sense, or similar). You don't need a list built for you. Sharp written communication. Your cold messages get replies because they say something the buyer hadn't already heard four times that week. Self-directed operator. 20 hours/week at this volume means every hour has to count, with no one assigning your day. Bilingual EN/ES is a strong plus. Profit share follows expansion, not just initial signup. Founder-close culture. Direct line to the TopHare founder. Wins ship as features, losses ship as fixes. Compensation details Base: $1,500/month for 20 hours/week. Variable: 10% of gross profit on every tenant you onboard, paid monthly, uncapped. "Gross profit" defined: Subscription revenue collected from your tenants, minus direct cost of revenue (Stripe fees, infrastructure attributable to that tenant, pass-through costs like AI credits, SMS, and email delivery). Overhead, salaries, and R&D are excluded. Expansion counts. When your tenant adds a module or upgrades a tier, your 10% applies to the new revenue too. Churn handling. Profit share is paid on collected revenue only. If a tenant churns within 90 days of onboard, prior payouts on that tenant are clawed back. After 90 days, the tenant is seasoned: no clawback, payout simply stops if they leave. If you leave: Trailing profit share for 60 days on tenants you onboarded, then ends. Stack you'll touch HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Riovis itself (you'll dogfood the platform daily), and direct access to crawler signal exports.
