About Inkle: Inkle is a seed-funded AI tax and accounting startup, founded by Anand Krishna, a two-time exited founder. We currently work with 600+ companies, including 7% of all YC companies globally, and we're building the most automated financial compliance platform for founders. Our team is small, fast-moving, and deeply plugged into the SF and NYC startup ecosystems. About the team and this role: You will be reporting to our Sales & Partnerships Manager in SF. For this role, we ideally need someone who is based in SF City or in the wider Bay Area and willing to come frequently into the City, at least 1-2 times per week. This role is a part-time/internship concept. You'll be working closely with the CEO and Sales Manager in all aspects of growth. At some point, based on performance and budget, we may upgrade this role to a permanent position (this is how the Sales Manager started too). You'll work with us on all areas of events, partnerships, sales and marketing. Responsibilities: 1. Partnerships & Outreach Build new partnerships with law firms, universities, VCs, accelerators, and incubators. Run outbound outreach - calls, emails, LinkedIn - to source and nurture new relationships. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners. 2. Events & Community Building Plan and execute in-person events, partner workshops, and online webinars (mainly in SF). Coordinate logistics, venues, content, and communication. Help grow Inkle's visibility across community hubs and founder networks. 3. Networking & External Presence Attend 2-3 networking events per week with the team. Represent Inkle across founder, operator, and investor meetups. Bring back partner leads and insights to inform GTM decisions. Skill
