Job Description
GojiberryAI is hiring its first Growth Operator in Europe. Goal : turn explosive traction into a scalable growth machine. The company went from $0 to $2M ARR in 9 months, and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a high-agency growth profile to help scale acquisition, content, partnerships, distribution, and AI-powered GTM systems. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join GojiberryAI early and work directly with the founders to shape how the company grows. You’ll operate across growth experiments, funnels, content, automation, AI workflows, and revenue initiatives with one focus: find what works and scale it fast. Responsibilities Growth experiments Launch and iterate acquisition channels across LinkedIn, outbound, communities, partnerships, content, Reddit, YouTube, AI SEO, and paid acquisition. Content & distribution Work directly with founders to scale organic growth and distribution loops across multiple platforms. Pipeline & revenue ownership Track what actually drives qualified pipeline and revenue. Focus on business impact, not vanity metrics. AI-powered growth systems Build workflows using Claude, GPT, scraping tools, automation platforms, enrichment systems, and AI agents. Product feedback loop Identify onboarding friction, objections, drop-off points, and growth opportunities directly from user behavior and conversations. Growth playbooks Document winning systems, prompts, acquisition flows, and repeatable experiments as the company scales. Requirements 2 to 5 years experience in Growth, Demand Gen, Founder-led Growth, or Growth Marketing in a high-growth SaaS environment Fluent or native English Strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth mechanics Proven track record driving pipeline, users, or revenue growth Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT daily Strong analytical mindset with fast execution speed Ability to operate autonomously and move without waiting for permission Nice to have Strong LinkedIn or X presence Experience with outbound systems and growth automation Experience scaling organic acquisition channels Early startup experience Understanding of AI workflows, scraping, enrichment, or GTM systems What success looks like 30 days Product and ICP mastered First growth experiments launched First acquisition wins identified 90 days Consistent pipeline contribution from multiple channels Repeatable growth systems in place Organic and outbound acquisition improving week after week 180 days Growth initiatives directly tied to revenue expansion Scalable acquisition playbooks documented Strong contribution to overall GTM strategy What this role is not This is not a traditional marketing role. You won’t spend your days managing isolated campaigns inside rigid processes. You’ll build systems, test ideas fast, iterate constantly, and own outcomes. We move quickly. We care about leverage. We optimize for execution speed and revenue impact.
