Pay Range: $24Hr - $36Hr Job Summary The GSE Technician is an advanced level maintenance position responsible for independently performing complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Ground Support Equipment (GSE). This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to interpret wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics, and the capability to resolve high-impact equipment issues with minimal supervision. Technicians III serve as the technical leaders within the shop, supporting the development of Technician I and II employees, contributing to reliability improvements, and ensuring equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for daily operations.
