GSRP Associate Teacher

Overview We are looking for a supportive and energetic GSRP Associate Teacher/Aide to assist the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate preschool environment. Responsibilities Support instruction during small group, large group, and center time. Assist with daily routines, transitions, meals, and supervision. Help prepare materials and maintain an organized classroom. Contribute to child observations and documentation. Promote positive behavior and social-emotional development. Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and program team. Qualifications CDA or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or willingness to obtain CDA within required time frame. Experience working with young children preferred. Reliable, patient, and team oriented. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
