GSRP Lead Teacher

Overview We are seeking a caring, organized, and collaborative GSRP Lead Teacher to deliver a high quality preschool experience aligned with Michigan’s Great Start Readiness Program. The Lead Teacher creates a nurturing, developmentally appropriate classroom and partners closely with families and staff. Responsibilities Plan and implement daily lessons using approved GSRP curriculum. Provide small group, large group, and individualized instruction. Complete ongoing child assessments and documentation. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Build strong relationships with families. Collaborate with the Associate Teacher and program team. Participate in coaching, training, and GSRP compliance activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or related degree with ZA/ZS endorsement or CDA credentials. Experience in early childhood preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
