About the Role Apollo is seeking a Manager, GTM Analytics & Intelligence to join its Revenue Operations leadership team. This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, data infrastructure, and analytical execution, with ownership of analytical capability for Sales and Post-Sales organizations. Responsibilities Lead the GTM analytics team: Hire, build, and develop a team of GTM analysts supporting Sales and Post-Sales functions. Set analytical priorities: Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and align analytical capacity to high-leverage GTM needs. Own GTM data strategy: Define how GTM data is structured, governed, trusted, and used across the organization. Standardize metrics: Define, document, and operationalize core GTM metrics, including ARR accounting logic, logo definitions, funnel metrics, retention, and expansion. Improve forecasting: Build and maintain forecasting models across New Business Sales, Pipeline Generation, Pipeline Coverage, Customer Retention, and other ARR levers. Support planning: Partner with Finance and GTM leadership on planning cycles, quota setting, scenario modeling, and strategic decisions. Run operating cadences: Own data processes for QBRs, pipeline reviews, board reporting, executive dashboards, and ad hoc leadership requests. Deliver strategic insights: Translate complex business questions into structured analyses, executive narratives, and recommendations for GTM leadership. Qualifications Experience: 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Strategy & Operations, or a closely related field. People management: At least 2–3 years in a people management capacity, with experience leading analytical teams. Technical skills: Expert-level SQL skills, with the ability to build complex, performant queries and data models. Salesforce: Deep experience with Salesforce data and architecture. GTM data strategy: Proven ownership of metrics standardization, governance, reporting model design, and stakeholder enablement. Forecasting: Strong experience building and maintaining revenue forecasting models across multiple ARR levers. Visualization and storytelling: Advanced proficiency using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar. SaaS GTM knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions, including acquisition funnels, pipeline economics, retention, and expansion. Compensation and Benefits Pay transparency range: $160,000–$250,000 USD. Tier 1 pay range: $190,000–$250,000 USD for San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle. Tier 2 pay range: $160,000–$205,000 USD for all other US locations. Compensation note: The listed pay range reflects total cash compensation inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on candidate experience, qualifications, and location.
