About The Role We are looking for a highly motivated GTM Associate to support cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across sales, marketing, partnerships, operations, and customer success. This role is designed for an ambitious early-career professional who is excited to work closely with leadership, contribute across multiple functions, and gain broad exposure to building and scaling an AI startup. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Responsibilities Support execution of go-to-market initiatives across marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success functions Assist with campaign coordination, outbound efforts, lead management, and operational workflows Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer intelligence gathering Help maintain CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and GTM documentation Support event coordination, partnership activities, and customer engagement initiatives Create presentations, internal documentation, and customer-facing materials Analyze performance metrics and assist with reporting on pipeline, campaigns, and GTM effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and operational priorities Contribute to process improvement and operational scalability initiatives Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, operations, consulting, business development, or related fields Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and CRM systems preferred Interest in AI, startups, and go-to-market strategy strongly preferred Highly collaborative with a strong willingness to learn and adapt What Success Looks Like Reliable execution across multiple GTM initiatives Strong operational support for leadership and GTM teams High-quality research, reporting, and project coordination Effective collaboration across functions Rapid growth in ownership, responsibility, and business impact Why Join Tiki AI Join the early team shaping the GTM engine of a fast-growing AI company.
