GTM Engineer Role Mission: Ensure every client outbound campaign is set up, launched on time, and continually optimized and improved to generate the highest amount of qualified leads and meetings for our clients. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage outbound client campaigns using our proven system. Build ICP-aligned lead lists with maximum TAM coverage using AI-Ark, Outscraper, Localpipe, Claude Code, Apify, and more. Enrich lead data for decision-maker contact info. Write personalized cold email copy, reply templates, and multi-step outbound sequences. Set up and manage email sending infrastructure tracking deliverability and email volume across clients. Monitor campaign metrics (e.g. reply/booking rates) and report weekly performance insights. Build workflows and automations to improve efficiency of end-to-end campaign creation. Iterate on campaigns using market feedback and performance data to improve conversion rates. REQUIREMENTS Comfortable owning full cold outbound campaigns start to finish: from lead sourcing to copywriting to deliverability to optimization. You always find a way to get the data and source the leads you need, even when it isn't obvious. Experience with vibe coding (or real coding), AI automations, and tools like Smartlead. Critical thinking and ability to improve campaigns, automations, and workflows without hand-holding. Excellent written English and strong logical/analytical skills. A strong internet connection and good computer. Availability 5 days/week 4-5 hours availability per day. Ability to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zones. Creativity, agency, and self-sufficiency. We look for people who take action and are results oriented. Compensation $1000-$2500/mo (Base + Performance) This role starts out as part time totaling 20 hours/week but with the opportunity to move to full time and move into higher responsibility positions. Initial base will be dictated by your previous experience. But there is no ceiling, your compensation grows as your perfo
