Guest Relations Manager

Role Description This part-time hybrid Guest Relations Manager role is based in Abu Dhabi with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Guest Relations Manager will ensure exceptional experiences for all clients and visitors by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Key responsibilities include managing guest communications, coordinating feedback, supervising customer interactions, and organizing training for staff on best practices. The role will involve working closely with other departments to ensure service consistency and quality. Qualifications Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure excellent client experiences and foster strong relationships Strong Communication skills for engaging with visitors and internal teams effectively Customer Satisfaction and problem-solving abilities to address client needs efficiently Experience in staff training to improve customer service quality and maintain organizational standards Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required
