Global Parking Systems are experts in the management of parking lots, valet services, and parking management at airports across the country.Global Parking Systems has partnered with SP+/Metropolis, a leader in the parking management space.Together, we are committed to making the parking experience a first-class enjoyable one for parking consumers.Built on the foundation of excellence and integrity, we provide the highest level of customer service at all our parking facilities.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Function:Provide the highest quality customer service and assist the maintenance team with keeping all common areas by the entrances and exits clean.Assist customers with parking services and facilitate the expedient flow of traffic through the facility.Assist customers with parking services and facilitate the expedient flow of traffic through the facility.Assists in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location.Assist customers in making payments to fully automated revenue control equipment.Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.Help customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.Conduct garage and facility audits as required by management.Resolve customer complaints, focusing on customer satisfaction.Maintain cleanliness of facility and pick up trash in the surrounding area.Complete any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Valid Utah Driver's license is required.Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Customer service experience preferred.Prior airport experience is preferred.Available to work regularly scheduled shift that may include nights, weekends and/or holidays.Must have excellent attendance and arrive at work on time when scheduled and have access to reliable transportation.Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Physical Demands:This role requires working outdoors for the majority of the shift, standing, walking, and using hands to handle cash and equipment; occasional sitting, climbing or balancing; and lifting up to 35 pounds.Reasonable accommodation may be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities.Global Parking Systems is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status.#INDCMP Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
