As a Guest Service Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve assisting guests with their inquiries, managing reservations, and facilitating a smooth check-in and check-out process. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries. Process payments accurately using the cash register and POS systems. Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of facilities. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Skills Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift. Must have reliable transportation.
