Guest Services Attendant - Food & Beverage

As a Guest Services Attendant - Food & Beverage you play an important role in the experience of our guests and members, by providing an outstanding culinary experience. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Greets guests, communicates stand offerings and answers any guest questions in a friendly manner. Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines. Records all waste. Participates in the set-up of a stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages, recording all waste Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment. Properly records all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed. Collects the proper payment for food and beverage items; processes credit card or determines correct change for guests. Accounts for all transactions. Maintain the concession stand area organized, neat, clean and sanitary manner.. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested. What are we looking for?
