Job Overview The Guest Services Curriers Lodge is seeking a dedicated and personable professional to provide exceptional guest experiences in a hospitality environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, guest relations, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and staff. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs Uphold the highest standards of phone etiquette and guest relations Support guest services initiatives to enhance overall guest experience Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Detail, Reliable, Cleanliness Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems advantageous Experience in resort or hotel environments demonstrating excellent guest relations skills This position offers an engaging environment where hospitality expertise is valued, and providing memorable guest experiences is at the forefront.
