Job Overview We're seeking reliable, customer-focused Guest Services Representatives to support our trade show and convention events, before, during, and after events.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping clients/customers, can adapt quickly when plans change, and is comfortable handling data entry into our entry systems while delivering excellent service.If you're organized, flexible, and great with people this is a hands-on role where no two days (or shows) are the same.In addition, CSRs provide critical event information to exhibitors so that they are prepared to have a successful onsite experience.In addition, performing all functions of an Customer Service Representative as outlined below. Responsibilities Greet guests and clients in a professional and welcoming manner Assist with event check-in, registration, and information dissemination Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage high volumes of data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other relevant software Support sales efforts by promoting services and upselling when appropriate Process cash handling transactions securely and accurately Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth event operations Provide support for outbound calling campaigns and follow-up communications Ensure the guest area remains organized, clean, and inviting throughout events Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary to management Experience Previous experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles is preferred Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Ability to handle data entry with accuracy and efficiency (typing speed is a plus) Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is advantageous Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are highly desirable for serving diverse guests Familiarity with outbound calling campaigns or analysis skills can be beneficial Prior experience in event staffing or guest services roles will be considered an asset Work Environment & Schedule Fast-paced, live event environments (convention centers, exhibit halls) Schedule varies by event and may include long days and overtime Team-oriented setting with direct guest interaction Join our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences through excellent service, effective communication, and professional support.Pay:From $19.00 per hour Application Question(s): Can you work long hours and complete overtime when necessary?
