As the Guest Services Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience at Champions Club through world-class service, leadership, and community connection. Our Guest Services Supervisor for Champions Club oversees customer-focused guest services and facility operations for the Recreation Division. This is accomplished by developing, planning, promoting, implementing, and supervising all aspects of guest services and child watch, including interacting with citizens, volunteers, City officials, employees, and the general public, and supervising assigned recreation staff. Other duties will include performing administrative and technical tasks, developing long-range guest services goals, managing expenditures, and providing support to the Recreation Division. Two (2) to five (5) years of experience. Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Possession of, or ability to obtain, American Red Cross CPR certification. Possession of, or ability to obtain, American Red Cross First Aid and AED certification. Ability to remain flexible with your schedule.
