Guest Services Team Member Job Description: The Guest Services Team Member plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, accessible, and positive experience for all event attendees. Working under the guidance of the Guest Services Lead, this position focuses on assisting guests who may need additional support, particularly those with accessibility needs. Team Members help ensure guests are comfortably seated, accommodated, and able to fully enjoy the event in a safe and inclusive environment. Pay Rate: $22.50/hr + no tips (unless given directly) Key Responsibilities Assist ADA ticket holders to their seats and provide support with accommodations as needed Deliver friendly, attentive, and respectful customer service to all guests Follow direction from the Guest Services Lead and communicate effectively with the team Help monitor ADA-designated areas to ensure guests remain comfortable and properly situated Maintain awareness of surroundings to keep pathways clear and safe for all guests Support guests with mobility needs, including those without ADA-designated tickets when appropriate Use inclusive, affirming language when interacting with guests Help maintain a calm and organized environment, even during high-traffic or busy periods Communicate any concerns, issues, or guest needs promptly to the Guest Services Lead Assist with crowd flow and help ensure ADA areas do not become overcrowded Food Truck Wrangler will settle with each food vendor and receive payment from them based on the terms of the food vendor contract.
