Gummy / Candy Maker - Canna Production Cannon Falls, MinnesotaCompany:Minny Grown Minny Grown is one of Minnesota's fastest-growing companies, producing high-quality gummies, beverages, pre-rolls, flower and other infused products.We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team and help craft our signature and award winning gummy products.We take candy very seriously, and we need to find someone who loves candy as much as we do to join our team.This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.Responsibilities Assist in the production of infused gummies and candies Operate and clean kitchen and production equipment Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients following precise formulations Pour, mold, sugar-coat, and package finished products Maintain strict cleanliness and food safety standards Accurately follow SOPs and batch documentation requirements Support team with daily production goals and timelines Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, consistent attendance Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Preferred Experience Food production, kitchen, or candy-making experience Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments Regulated industry experience (not required but a plus) Compensation $16 - $20/hour depending on experienceFull-time positions available Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:Health insurance Work Location:In person.
