Marshall ~ Call 1:5 with midwife first call; Join a team of 3 OBGYNs + 2 midwives in a Level II nursery ~4 clinic days/week with strong CRNA anesthesia support ~ Modern clinic (built 2012) serving a 60,000+ regional population Shared community call with Sanford OBGYNs; Join 1 OBGYNs + 1 midwife in a Level II NICU with 5 LDRP rooms Strong work–life balance in a collaborative women’s health team Established patient base serving a 25,000 regional population Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Retirement plan with employer match, vacation time & CME allowance Low physician turnover and strong organizational stability Located in a welcoming, family-friendly region, this area offers the advantages of small-city living paired with the warmth and connection of close-knit communities.
