Salon Assistant / Wash & BraiderHair Queen LA Hair Queen LA is seeking a reliable, professional Salon Assistant to support daily salon operations with a focus on shampooing, blow-drying prep, and braid-down services for wig installations and protective styling.This role is ideal for someone who is beauty-focused, works well in a fast-paced luxury salon environment, and takes pride in providing a clean, polished client experience.Key Responsibilities Wash, condition, and prep clients' hair for services Complete neat and secure braid-downs for wig installs and protective styles Assist stylists with service setup and breakdown Keep stations, shampoo area, and salon floor clean and organized Sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness throughout the day Help with client flow, towel restocking, and general salon support Support with basic detangling, blow-drying prep, and extension prep as needed Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance Qualifications Experience with natural hair washing, detangling, and braid-downs Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon setting Strong professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable following brand standards and salon protocols Pay:$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
