Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, trims, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair Apply hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care treatments to enhance client satisfaction Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or treatments based on face shape, hair type, and personal preferences Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon health regulations Upsell retail products such as hair care items, makeup products, and styling tools to boost revenue while assisting clients in maintaining their looks Experience Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques Knowledge of hair coloring principles, including color theory and application methods Skilled in advanced techniques such as hair threading, makeup application, and nail care treatments Familiarity with scheduling and client records Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute positively to a collaborative store environment Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety standards within a salon setting This position is for monthly chair rental.
