Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling, haircutting, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs Conduct consultations to understand client expectations and recommend suitable styles or products Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring salon hygiene compliance Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and upselling retail products Experience Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of diverse styling skills Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety regulations within a salon environment Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members Experience in retail sales and upselling to promote product lines like makeup, nail care items, and styling tools Ability to mentor junior staff or apprentices while demonstrating leadership in store management tasksJoin us if you’re passionate about delivering top-tier hair care services while creating a welcoming space for clients.
