Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including personalized consultations and superior customer service. Stay current on the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations in the beauty industry. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and creative salon environment. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Manage appointments and client records using salon software like Vagaro. Promote retail sales to enhance the salon's profitability. Requirements Valid CA cosmetology license. Proven cosmetology experience (minimum of two years). Passion for creativity, innovation, and providing exceptional client experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
