Independent contractor status with a huge tax saving advantage to you! Duties Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends. Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients. Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe salon environment. Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products Promote hair extensions and other salon services/products to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications Experienced and New Hair Stylists welcome with a portfolio showcasing your skills in hair styling and barbering. Proficient in various hair techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A valid cosmetology license is required.
