I am looking to expand my business and find experienced hairstylists and extension specialists. I am currently in a salon suite environment, so it is very personalized. The goal is to eventually expand, once I find the right team. I strive for a high end experience that is customer service oriented, in a laid back environment. Applicant must be confident about their hair coloring, hair cutting and styling skills. As a hair extension salon, it would be an asset if applicant has extension experience as well (or is willing to learn). Must be active on social media, and be willing to sell retail. Hair care is a priority. This position is perfect for someone who is self motivated, and a hard worker. Applicant must have some clientele, but there is possibility for growth. Applicant must be education focused. Continuing education is a requirement for this position. This is a commission based position, so income is based on how busy the stylist is. But, after probationary period, I am willing to consider booth rental. Ideally, I am looking for at least 1 stylist who shares a similar clientele to mine, because I have a limited schedule and would love to be able to refer my clients to whoever I have on staff.
