Job Description
Complete work orders in a thorough manner and with a sense of urgency. Diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structure, appliances, and re-keying door locks, etc.Daily building rounds of all mechanical equipment, including boilers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, pumps, fire alarm panel, etc.Perform preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical equipment.Demonstrate competency in written, verbal and computational skills for documentation.Perform on-call emergency service as required.Assist the Resident Manager on special maintenance projects as necessary.Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
