Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Handyman Assistant to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team.In this energetic role, you will be performing a wide range of repair, installation, and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties.Your enthusiasm for hands-on work, combined with your mechanical knowledge and technical skills, will help ensure our facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality service delivery.Duties Assist with general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting projects.Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues related to mechanical systems, electrical wiring, or structural components.Ensure safety protocols are followed and tasks are completed efficiently.Maintain accurate records of work performed using cellphone camera.Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and team members about ongoing maintenance activities.Knowledge of general construction is a must.Requirements Previous experience or training in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.Knowledge of electrical wiring, repair, landscaping, and troubleshooting techniques.Familiarity with reading tape measure, general knowledge of residential and commercial maintenance.Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to perform residential painting when necessary.Willingness to learn new skills related to facilities maintenance, safety protocols, and technical troubleshooting.Join us in delivering top-tier maintenance services with energy and precision!
