We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and professional Handyman / Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow within a long-term company environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in general maintenance, repairs, renovations, and customer-facing field work. Responsibilities Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks Complete painting, drywall, repair, and touch-up work Perform air duct cleaning services Assist with remodeling and renovation projects Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks Maintain clean and professional job sites Safely work on ladders and at heights when required Communicate professionally with customers Identify additional customer needs and recommend services when appropriate Complete assigned jobs efficiently and on time QualificationsRequired: Experience with: Painting Drywall Cleaning / Property Maintenance Renovation / Remodeling Flooring Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending services Valid driver’s license Clean background record Authorized to legally work in the United States Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working at heights Willingness to learn and grow professionally Preferred: HVAC or air conditioning experience Previous handyman or field service experience Sales experience or upselling ability Benefits Company vehicle provided Fuel/gas fully covered by the company Flexible scheduling Performance-based bonuses for sales generated Career advancement opportunities Stable, year-round work Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company Why Work With Us?
