ProServe Home Services is a professional home services company focused on raising the standard in the handyman industry through structured processes, clear communication, professional presentation, and efficient job execution. We are currently expanding our subcontractor network across Metro Atlanta and are looking for reliable, tech-savvy independent contractors who take pride in their workmanship and professionalism. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Most work is pre-scoped before dispatch and designed around: Fixed-price service calls Half-day handyman packages Full-day handyman packages Multi-item homeowner to-do lists Move-in and property refresh projects Typical Services Performed Drywall patching and repairs TV mounting Toilet and faucet replacement Garbage disposal replacement Ceiling fan and light fixture installation Lock and hardware replacement Shelving, blinds, curtain rods, and mounting work Minor carpentry and punch-list repairs Interior/exterior touch-up painting Furniture assembly Property refresh and move-in preparation work No remodels. No permit work. No heavy plumbing or major electrical. Compensation Structure: Compensation is based on structured day-rate and fixed-scope pricing rather than percentage splits. Typical Contractor Pay: Half-Day Projects (up to 4 hours): $200–$325 Full-Day Projects (up to 8 hours): $400–$600+ Fixed-Scope Jobs: Based on service type and complexity Higher payouts available for: Multi-trade capability High-quality workmanship Professional communication Reliability and consistency Ability to complete bundled work efficiently and on time! Contractors must be comfortable using: Smartphone apps and scheduling systems Digital job scopes and notes Before-and-after photo uploads Real-time communication and updates GPS navigation and scheduling tools Basic CRM/mobile app functionality Professional Standards Contractors working with ProServe are expected to represent the brand professionally while maintaining independent contractor status. Requirements include: Professional communication Punctuality Clean workmanship Respectful customer interactions Ability to follow ProServe job flow and process standards Branded attire may be required on certain jobs. Contractor Requirements Minimum 3+ years handyman or trade experience Reliable transportation Personal tools and ladders Active general liability insurance (required before first dispatched job) Ability to provide: * W-9 or business information Valid ID Proof of insurance Preferred Qualifications Multi-trade experience Experience working independently Strong problem-solving ability Experience using mobile apps/technology in the field Ability to complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality This is NOT: An employee position Guaranteed hourly work A salaried role Exclusive work You remain an independent contractor and choose which opportunities you accept.
