Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Hardscape & Construction Specialist to join our factory team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of construction and hardscape projects that support our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of construction activities, including concrete work, masonry, carpentry, and installation of various fixtures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale factory projects with a focus on durability and precision. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong background in construction and fabrication processes. Duties Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to support factory infrastructure projects Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to execute site preparations and installations Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately carry out construction tasks Install hardscape elements such as paving, retaining walls, and decorative features with precision Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Manage fabrication tasks including glass installation, cabinet mounting, and trim carpentry Assist with remodeling, restoration, and renovation projects within the factory environment Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of construction milestones while maintaining quality standards Use hand tools and power tools effectively for framing, roofing, caulking, plastering, tile laying, and other trades Support plumbing and electrical work as needed to integrate systems into the factory infrastructure Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate project execution Experience with construction management practices including estimating and site supervision Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, masonry, stucco, and flooring installation techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication machinery Familiarity with construction inspection procedures to uphold safety and quality standards Ability to perform roofing work, drywall installation (including plastering), door hanging, window installation, and framing carpentry Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, caulking techniques, tile laying, glass installation, cabinet mounting, and restoration work Experience working on construction sites with a focus on hardscape projects within industrial or factory settings Competence in using Bluebeam software for digital markup of plans and documentation (nice-to-have) Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding technical schematics Join us in building a safer, more efficient factory environment through expert craftsmanship!
